About Moxi Hair Studio

Moxi Hair Studio is a solo-stylist hair salon owned and operated by Melissa Womack, located at 6700 Alma Rd, Suite 101, McKinney, TX 75070. We offer haircuts, hair color, balayage, highlights, extensions, color correction, smoothing treatments, and special occasion styling.

SMS Messaging Program

Moxi Hair Studio offers an SMS messaging program to help you stay connected with us about your appointments and services. By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Moxi Hair Studio.

Types of Messages You May Receive

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Responses to your questions or chat inquiries
Post-appointment follow-ups, including Google review requests
Occasional promotional messages about our services and special offers

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and interactions with us. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Promotional messages will be sent no more than twice per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier apply to any text messages you send to or receive from Moxi Hair Studio. Please check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages from Moxi Hair Studio at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message letting you know you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you choose to opt back in.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and their policies. Carriers are not responsible for the content of any messages sent through our SMS program.

No Sharing of SMS Consent

We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or your consent to receive text messages with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Appointment Policies

Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure every client receives the time and attention they deserve.
Consultations: Complimentary consultations are available for color correction and hair extension services. These help us create a personalized plan for your hair.
